The trip includes a visit to Murano, renowned all over the world for its glass-making artisans, Burano, famous for its lace and vividly colored houses, and the bucolic Torcello, a powerful political and economic epicenter of the lagoon during the 10th century.

This low populated island sits at the northern edge of the Venetian Lagoon, the oldest continuously populated area in that region. The buildings on the island, which date back to the Late Roman Empire, are very well preserved.
