On my first day of arrival at Vancouver airport, the tour guide did not show up to receive us. the voucher has us tel for TakeTours but not tour guide for first travel. The airport information was kind enough to point out to me to call 24 hour emergency number. I used the information counter phone to call and then tour guide Hp was given to me. He said he was busy helping another tourists to locate their luggage but I questioned him why we were left unattended. When we left the airport and went for the half day tour , there was also no meal time given for lunch and he sent us to Ramada hotel at around 3 pm and we still had not taken lunch. The guide needs to be more professional to take care of the interest of the customers
