Day 1 Hometown - Vancouver/Seattle - Vancouver

Arrival at Vancouver. Once you have collected your luggage, escort will greet you at claim belt #3 (domestic arrival) or at the "Welcome Figures" wooden statue in Arrival Hall (international flight). A complimentary half-day city tour of Chinatown, downtown, Stanley Park, Canada Place, Vancouver Convention Center and Olympic Cauldron etc. will be arranged for guests that arrive in Vancouver before noon (12:00pm), with a bonus mini ferry ride to Granville Island. Guests can be picked up from cruise terminal at Pan Pacific Hotel Entrance.

Sea-Tac Airport Arrivals: pick up Claim Belt #1 at approx. 12 pm (Bonus Complimentary Mini Excursion of Seattle, rather than Vancouver; Saturday arrivals: postpones 30 mins). Guests can be picked up from cruise terminal at Pier 66 or 91 at approx. 1:15pm. For Downtown Arrivals: pick up at Seattle Aquarium Main Entrance at approx. 1:45pm. Transfer to Vancouver Hotel after a short stop at Space Needle.

Day 2 Vancouver - Victoria - Vancouver(120 miles)

Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the spectacular scenery en route. After passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown and explore the inner harbour area of Victoria (optional carriage tour available). We will visit the chateau-style Empress hotel, Legislative Buildings, Thunderbird Park, Beacon Hill Park and the remarkable Mile "0". Next we will visit the world famous Butchart Gardens. Later we will return to Vancouver by ferry, or by seaplane (surcharge applies) .

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
