Day 1 Vancouver - Nanaimo - Coombs - Port of Albany(81 km)

In the morning we will take fery leaving Tsawwassen to Nanaimo. Then we will visit British waterfall. Next we will go through Coombs town where there is a distinctive farmer market. Stay overnight at Port of Albany.

Stretched like a long, lean finger along the east coast of south-central Vancouver Island, British Columbia's sixth-largest city gets its identity, history and a wealth of recreation from a lovely, island-sheltered harbour right in the heart of town.

Day 2 Port of Albany - Tofino - Port of Albany

Today we will enjoy free time at Tofino. Guests can take optional activities -watch whales or soak in hot springs. We will stay overnight at Port of Albany.

Day 3 Port of Albany - Duncan - Parksville - Nanaimo - Vancouver(131 km)

Today we will depart from the Port of Albany to visit MacMillan Provincial Park in Duncan. After lunch in Parksville we will take ferry from Nanaimo to Vancouver.

Dubbed the "City of Totems," Duncan has more than 80 First Nations carvings located throughout town, and is also home to the Quw'utsun' Cultural Centre.

    MacMillan Provincial Park is home to a very old and famous stand of massive Douglas-fir trees, known as Cathedral Grove, an old-growth forest containing trees that have lived for hundreds of years. MacMillan will dwarf visitors with its tranquil majesty.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

Itinerary Variations

If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
