The driver was a really helpful person, precise, in time. Although the tour was mainly held in Chinese, we got a lot of information in English too. The tour is well organized: in the morning we had a tour at the gardens and in the afternoon we saw Victoria city centre. Good value for money!

I recommend this tour!

Tour was well planned. Wish we had more time to see British parliament from inside. Also want driver to speak better English.

The tour guide gave us courtesy calls on the evening before the trip departure (Victoria and Butchart Gardens) and confirmed the pick up location as Lansdowne Centre. Also tipped us to park across at Kwantlen Polytechnic University for $5. Mall parking is limited to 4 hours. Or to stay at La Quinta Inn Vancouver Airport hotel, walking distance. Driver spoke good English and explained the route, well-organized and on-time. We(4)would do this again!

I recommend this tour!

The trip (Victoria and Butchart Gardens) was competitively priced and had pick-up points in various areas. Everything was well-organized and on-time. A star taken off for the confusion with the pick-up address and link to a wrong map, however a courtesy call on the evening before the trip reminded me of the departure and confirmed the location. Be aware that only the basic comments are in English. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I recommend this tour!

The tour guide is punctual. He's already waiting at the destination 5 minutes before the allocated time. The tour is enjoyable with lots of information of provided. However, 1 star is taken away as we noticed the tour guide isn't as detailed, e.g. he doesn't do head court each time we reach a destination. So one of us could have easily stray away without his noticing perhaps. Overall, my mum enjoyed the tour immensely.
