Day 1 Harrison Hot Springs

Tour departs in the morning and travel along Fraser River, the longest river in British Columbia. Stop at Weaver Creek to view salmon run* after passing several cities in the Lower Mainland. Around October each year, there are as numerous as ten thousands of salmon migrating back to the streams where they were born for spawning. Travel to Harrison Hot Spring and view the mouth of the hot spring.
In the afternoon, we will travel to a famous Apple Farm in the Fraser Valley. Then, we will visit a honey farm as honey produced in B.C. has one of the highest purity in the world. At the gift shop, we will have the chance to sample and purchase various types of honey and propolis. We will arrive at Vancouver by dusk.

The Village of Harrison Hot Springs is a small community at the southern end of Harrison Lake in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. It is a resort community known for its hot springs, and has a population of just over 1500 people.
