The trip was very nice and we had much fun. The days were full of activities so we enjoyed our days as much as possible. The room was clean and spacious however the hotel was very far away from the center. That mean that we were obliged to follow always the group as there was no metro station nearby and the hotel was not well colligated with buses. The breakfast was poor and inadequate. Although we are in the heart of summer, the view of our room was an empty swimming pool full of rubbish. That is not an image of a four-star hotel with the brand name of Holliday in. The tour guide followed the program and was willing and kind to all our questions. However, he was more an escort than a tour guide, as he didn’t provide us with much information about the history of the buildings and the city. Moreover, although we saw in the internet that we were going to visit the Chrysler building, it was not written in the initially that he gave us and we didn’t go (even though it was very close to time square). Finally, his accent was not clear for us and he was making many mistakes in English. The bus driver was very good.
