Group of four seniors, two adults, and one child, all the problems encountered during the whole journey tour guide Du all worked hard to solve for us. The itinerary arrangement is reasonable, so that all guests have less queues, avoiding the peak of the crowd, and took many beautiful photos. It fully reflects his proficiency. The accommodation requirements are all considered for us. Arranging us on the 1st floor can facilitate us to take care of the elderly. A room with a sofa bed was arranged for us so that both adults and children can rest well. An old man among us couldn't have a sweet breakfast, and when he knew that, he told us that we could buy white bread there. Very grateful. On the third day of the museum's itinerary, the children were very interested, and he explained to the children with patience. There are several trips that the children like in these days. His explanations taught children what they could not learn in school. At the same time, it shows Du's familiarity with the profession and his serious attitude towards work.

Hi, I loved this tour and I will highly recommend it to everyone, very good priced and very good organized! Even if I take a car and try to cover all the places in one weekend, it's impossible. Take Tours with the excellent and professional guide Ben, using 3 languages (wow), have made it possible. The tour guide together with the driver were awesome and did their job very well. All the museums, sights and restaurants, with the delicious food, were chosen perfectly. Thanks a lot for everything!

The guide Danny made the trip very smooth and was very patient to explain the attraction to everyone in different languages. Danny knows exactly the timing of the trip and ensures that each trip can be completed on time.

not a great experience. the food was always a problem - especially for vegetarians. The guide, Ben, did not explain much - trying to juggle 3 languages (English, Mandarin & Cantonese) . Basilica of Notre Dome was not covered

This is one of the cheapest and best tour one can take. Even if u take a car and try to cover all these areas in short time it's quite impossible. Take tours have made it possible. I will recommend for new comers, cost effective and elderly people to rely upon.

Highly appreciate the professionalism of our tour guide Steven Tam who was making all efforts to make the tour for all passengers a fun and memorable one. The driver Hin was very professional and an excellent driver. She has helped all the passengers by loading and unloading baggage into the coach each time when required. Her driving skills were excellent. The trip was a memorable one. A few improvement feedback; The meals provided during the tour was very poor in quality. The menu was same across all meals and there was no variety. I do not recommend taking meals from the tour. The last day breakfast was late (around 10:45am) and we were all starving. This has to be rescheduled. The hotel accommodation and the condition of the coach were OK. Extra time to explore Quebec ancient city would have been useful.

My sister and I found room for improvement in several areas. There is not enough time at some of the stops. We ate at Chinese buffet three days in a row. The last one was horrible; food cold, not friendly, paper plates, dirty glasses and cutlery. Guide disappeared at times on excursions not waiting for the rest of the group to catch up. Left us with just driver to the last two drop off points without advising us that he was leaving.

Well organized tour. The English/Chinese tour guide Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. Everything was in a timely manner and the hotels were good. We visited lots of places in 3 days, and just wished we could have more time in some places. We enjoyed every moment of the 3 days. Upon boarding the bus, the tour guide provided us a preview of the trip and what to expect upon arrival at the palace. For those looking for a solid three day trip, this is one that I would highly recommend! Wish to have more time in Big Apple at the end.
