    Day 1 St. Augustine

You will depart east from the airport over the intracoastal waterway to North Beach, then enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach and coastline as you fly low and fast to Porpoise Point.

From there, you will cross the St. Augustine inlet to Anastasia Island to catch a birds eye view of the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Bridge of Lions, the Castillo de San Marcos, Flagler College, and the Nombre de Dios Mission before swinging west around the south side of town and back north to capture spectacular views of the Old Downtown set against the beaches of St. Augustine.

This city on the northeast coast of Florida was founded in 1565, making it the oldest continually-inhabited city in the continental United States. Whether you come for the history or the scenery, St. Augustine is not to be missed!

    • The Castillo de San Marcos is a masonry fort in St. Augustine, FL, the oldest of its kind in the United States, built in 1672. In its history, control of the fort has switched hands many times.
      Opening Hours: Mon - Sun 9:00am - 5:00pm
    • Flagler College is a private liberal arts institution in St. Augustine, FL, considered to be one of the best schools in the South and one of the most beautiful campuses in the country.
    • Built in 1874, this lighthouse has become an unofficial icon of the city of St. Augustine. The view of the city from the top of the tower is a full panorama of the city. It is supposedly haunted.
