Pricing Policy

Child rate applies to those who are 5-11 years old.
No children under 5 on public tours. No child seats/booster seats provided. No Infants or children seated in laps. Under 18 on tour with parent or guardian. Tours are limited to five riders per Tuk Tuk (6 guests allowed with group that includes children and adults).
Children 3-4 years old on charters are allowed and please call or send us an e-mail to privatetour@taketours.com if needed.

Day 1

We will pick you up in Union Square or Fisherman's Wharf. Then we will explore San Francisco in electric Tuk Tuk. We will see Fisherman's Wharf, Dungeness Crab Stands and picturesque fishing harbors. We will also pass by the Palace of Fine Arts, stop at Fort Point located underneath the Golden Gate Bridge, drive by Golden Gate Park where we will see De Young, Academy of Sciences, Conservatory of Flowers. In addition, we will see Haight Ashbury, Alamo Square, the Painted Ladies, City Hall, Davies Symphony Hall, War Memorial Opera House, Asian Art Museum, North Beach and Little Italy, Union Square, Dragon's Gate in Chinatown, Lombard Street - the crookedest street (depending on traffic conditions).

San Francisco, the heart of central California's Bay Area, is famous for its iconic Golden Gate Bridge, its unique culture, and its position at the forefront of technological innovation. Beautiful weather and waterfront views await visitors as well!

Fisherman's Wharf

This San Francisco neighborhood is a popular tourist area due to its lovely scenery and abundance of shops, restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The area also hosts several annual events, such as a July 4th fireworks show.

Palace of Fine Art

The grandiosely-named Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California is a huge, ornate outdoor structure that is part of the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Its amazing architecture has made it popular for weddings and photography.

Golden Gate Park

Golden Gate Park is the fifth most-visited park in the United States and is actually 20% larger than New York's Central Park. This San Francisco landmark stretched from the waterfront over three miles into the city itself.

Painted Ladies

These famous Victorian-style homes in San Francisco, California are an iconic symbol of the Bay Area. The most well-known of these house are a row on Steiner Street across from Alamo Square Park, which have appeared in countless movies.

Union Square

This California Historical Landmark has become a popular tourist destination for both its historical significance and its shops and culture. The square itself is a public plaza, and the neighborhood extends for several blocks around it.

Lombard Street

Lombard Street is a famous road in San Francisco that is known for having eight steep, hairpin turns climbing up a one-block stretch between Hyde and Leavenworth Streets. The strange-looking stretch of road is a famous Bay Area spot.

Departure Note: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your selected departure time. If you are late, you will lose your reservation and no refund or reschedule will be issued. No exceptions.
Fisherman's Wharf (Jefferson St. and Taylor St, near Fisherman's Wharf sign): Wait at the passenger zone on Taylor St. in front of Applebee's.
Union Square (Post St. and Powell St.): Wait at the passenger zone on Post St. at side entrance to Westin St. Francis Hotel.

Additional Note

Limited to five adult riders per Tuk Tuk (6 guests ok w group that includes children 5-11 & adults).
We travel past but do not enter Museums and Attractions.
We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Tuk Tuk.
Bring an extra layer of warm, wind resistant clothing before you go.
Please leave bulky backpacks at home. All personal items must be stored in your lap.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

Changes to Reservations Policy: The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Tours are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time. No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded or rescheduled.
We reserve the right to change the size or routing of the tour to meet demands for that specific day. Tours run in fog and light rain. If seasonal fog or rainy weather obscures the view, tour routes may be altered. We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
