Day 1 San Francisco - Yosemite National Park - Fresno(228 miles)

After departing from San Francisco in the morning, we will make our way to Yosemite National Park to explore before continuing to Fresno, arriving in the late evening.

Yosemite is one of the wonders of Nature. It is located near the geographical center of the Nevada mountain range. Towering granite rocks, mighty waterfalls and placid valleys give Yosemite all the aspects of a "land of the gods".

In the morning after we leave the hotel, we will head to the first national park in the world -Yellowstone National Park. We will ten of Yellowstone's unique scenery over the spans of 2 days, such as Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring and Fountain Paint Pot, Fountain Hiking trail, Morning Glory pool and so on. Spend the night in West Yellowstone.

In the morning, we will continue our tour inside Yellowstone National Park, where we will visit the Norris Basin, Yellowstone Canyon, Yellowstone Falls, the Mud Volcano and Yellowstone Lake. After enjoying a lakeside lunch, we will make our way to Grand Teton National Park to see amazing mountain views before making a brief stop in nearby Jackson on our way to Salt Lake City in the evening.

Please note we are not able to go the Grand Teton and Jackson hole before May 11 since the south gate of Yellowstone will not opened until that date. We will visit Yellowstone Bear World and Idaho Falls instead.

In the morning, we will explore Salt Lake City by visiting the Utah State Capitol, the Salt Lake Temple and Great Salt Lake. After that, we will travel to Las Vegas, where guests can take an optional night tour of the city.

Utah's gorgeous capital city sits amidst the mountains of the American Southwest on the shores of the breathtaking Great Salt Lake. The city is steeped in history and architecture in addition to wondrous vistas and scenery.

Today guests may choose to go to either the South Rim (home to Grand Canyon National Park) OR the West Rim (home to the Eagle Point, Guano Point and Skywalk Glass Bridge) of the Grand Canyon. (Customers have to choose either Grand Canyon South or Grand Canyon West, or otherwise, customers may choose to spend some leisure time at Las Vegas and have to pay the additional cash $30 per person to the tour guide) At the end of the day, we will return to Las Vegas.

The Grand Canyon is often considered one of the seven wonders of the world, it offers one of the most spectacular examples of erosion which cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

Before we leave Las Vegas, we will visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and its Botanical Cactus Gardens. After having lunch in Las Vegas, we will head back to Los Angeles. On the way, we will stop at the Tanger Outlets in Barstow, CA. We will arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.

In the morning, we will depart from Los Angeles, driving along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway. We will stop at Denmark Village in Solvang, CA around noon. After lunch, we will arrive at Apple Park Visitor Center where is the corporate headquarters of Apple Inc., located at 1 Apple Park Way in Cupertino, California, United States. Later in the day, we will arrive in San Francisco, where the tour will come to an end.   • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.

Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

  • 30 or more days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount
  • 15-29 days or more prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 8-14 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
  • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
