Day 1: San Francisco/ Los Angeles - Las Vegas

Guests have a variety of options in terms of how they get to Las Vegas.

Option 1: Take the tour bus from San Francisco with an onboard guide.

Option 2: Fly to Las Vegas (airfare not included).

Option 3: Take the express bus from Los Angeles.
Alternatively, they can arrive in Las Vegas on their own. Guests will gather at the Excalibur Casino & Hotel Las Vegas ( rear rotunda behind Starbucks) (address: 3850 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109). Guests can self-checkin to the hotel after 3 PM.

Day 2: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon West Rim - Las Vegas (541 miles)

We will begin the day by traveling to the Hoover Dam. From there, we will make the 2.5-hour drive to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, where we will stay for 4 hours. Here, guests can choose to visit the Skywalk Glass Bridge or take a Helicopter Tour.

Hoover Dam (Passing By)

Black Canyon along the Colorado River is home to the Hoover Dam, a marvel of modern engineering, which holds Lake Mead, providing power and flood control for areas of Nevada, Arizona, California.
Grand Canyon, AZ

Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon was carved over 17 million years by the Colorado River. This breathtaking, 18-mile-long canyon has been stunning visitors for hundreds of years.

Grand Canyon West Rim

Unlike the South and North rims, the West is a private enterprise run by the local Native American tribe. It is known for attractions such as the Skywalk Glass Bridge, Hualapai Ranch, and Guano Point.

Today we will visit Zion National Park. We will spend the night in Bryce.

Day 4: Bryce Canyon National Park - Arches National Park - Green River (203 miles)

Today we will visit one of Utah's most famous nature preserves, Bryce Canyon National Park. After exploring this natural wonders, we will head into Arches National Park. We will spend the night in Green River.

Bryce Canyon National Park is named for just one of many canyons which form a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters on the edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.
Arches National Park, UT

This 76,000+ acre park in western Utah is world-famous for its sandstone formations. The most iconic is the mighty Delicate Arch. The park also features formations like Landscape Arch, the longest natural arch in the world.

Day 5: Green River - Canyonlands National Park - Monument Valley - Flagstaff (263 miles)

We will visit Canyonlands National Park and Monument Valley today. After that we will head to Flagstaff for the night.

Moab, UT

Moab is a city in Grand County, in eastern Utah, in the western United States. The population was 5,046 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat and largest city in Grand County. Moab attracts a large number of tourists every year, mostly visitors to the nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Canyonlands National Park

Take this optional tour to view sunrise in Canyonlands. Canyonlands National Park is separated into four distinct districts, the most popular of which is Island in the Sky.

Monument Valley Tribal Park, UT

Today we will visit Sedona in the morning where we are surrounded by ancient Navajo sandstone. Then we come to visit Historic Route 66. In here you will see many sites that built based on the original scenes. After that, we will leave for Las Vegas in the afternoon where we can join a optional Las Vegas Night tour to experience the beauty of Las Vegas or enjoy the shows.

Sedona, AZ

This small city in the Verde Valley region of Arizona attracts visitors from all over with its gorgeous red sandstone rock formations. It is a popular place for outdoor recreational activities like hiking, biking, and mountain climbing.

Route 66

Called the "Main Street of America," this highway stretching from Chicago, IL to Los Angeles, CA was one of the first highways built in America as part of the US Highway System. It was established in 1926.

If you choose to back to Los Angeles, a transportation fee of $35/person will be charged. Los Angeles/Rosemead/Huntington Park pick up services offered by local public transportation. Guests are allowed to carry one piece of luggage per person for free, and the second one is subject to a $10 fee. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
Those who are joining the tour in Los Angeles by bus or fly directly to Las Vegas should meet the guide at the Westgate Las Vegas lobby at 7:30PM.
Self Dismiss in Las Vegas: Guests may choose to be dismissed in Las Vegas instead of continuing back to San Francisco. There will be no airport transfer.
Bus back to Los Angeles: Guests may take Vegas Express back to Los Angeles for an extra fee of $35 per person, duration is about 4.5 hours

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Mandatory Admission Fee: $80/person including Grand Canyon South Rim, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Arches National Park, Monument Valley, Sedona, Walnut Canyon National Monument.
Air fares between your city and the starting city.
All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
A mandatory service fees total of $10 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Additional Note

All guests traveling from Los Angeles are allowed to carry one piece of luggage per person for free, and additional one will be charged $10/each. Recommended luggage size is 27" x 21" x 14", please do not bring oversized luggage.
