If the wind is strong enough, the cascading waters of Bridal Veil Falls appear to be falling sideways, making this 617-foot waterfall one of the most popular natural attractions in Yosemite.
  • Always Visit
Even the most experienced rock climbers find difficulty on the treacherous slopes of El Capitan, the world's largest granite monolith. The summit can be reached by a hiking trail out of Yosemite Valley.
  • Always Visit
Once considered insurmountable, Yosemite's Half Dome is a granite formation, one of the park's most recognizable attractions. A steep trail now leads to the summit, but the journey is arduous, so those wishing to reach it should come prepared.
  • Always Visit
The Merced River cuts through Yosemite National Park on its route from Nevada to Central California. Visitors to the park can enjoy hiking along the river banks or rafting down its rapids.
  • Always Visit
Tunnel View is a scenic outlook in Yosemite National Park, offering what is probably the most photographed view in the park as Yosemite Valley stretches out before the eyes.
  • Always Visit
The highest waterfall in North America and the seventh highest in the world, Yosemite Falls is a three-stage waterfall that has a height of 2,425 feet. Its three sections are the Upper Falls, the Middle Cascades, and the Lower Falls.

Day 3 Fresno - Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park - San Francisco(339 miles)

These two adjoining national parks are famous for the giant sequoia trees that grow in them and nowhere else in the world. The tree known as "General Sherman" is the largest living tree on the face of the planet.

Based on weather and road conditions, bus size and other safety concerns, we reserves the right to decide on the choice between visiting the General Grant Tree at Kings Canyon or General Sherman Tree at Sequoia NP. If the weather or road conditions are bad, the road will freeze. In this situation, for the safety of our passengers, we will replace Sequoia National Park and General Sherman Tree with Kings Canyon National Park and General Grant Tree.

This city in the San Francisco Bay Area is most notable for being the former home of the world's longest lasting light bulb. Randy Johnson, a former Major League Baseballs pitcher, went to Livermore High School.
