Day 1 San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco at San Francisco International Airport. If you take a domestic flight will meet us in the Baggage Claim Area. If you take an international flight will meet us at the exit outside.

Day 2 San Francisco - Yosemite National Park - Visalia(264 miles)

Today, we will head to Yosemite National Park, a fairytale landscape complete with towering granite rocks, magnificent waterfalls and tranquil valleys. We will visit El Capitan, the world's largest granite monolith, and Yosemite Falls, the tallest waterfall in North America. We will also see Half Dome and Bridal Veil Falls before taking a hike through the woods to enjoy the fresh forest air. Later, we will spend the night in Visalia.

Yosemite National Park in central California is best known for the amazing granite cliffs of the Yosemite Valley as well as the towering Yosemite Falls and Sequoias. Millions of people every year journey to this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 3 Visalia - San Simeon - San Francisco(356 miles)

In the morning, we will drive along California Highway 1 on our way to Hearst Castle Built by newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst, the castle is a dream-come-true. The castle sits atop the coastal hills that overlook San Simeon Bay. Afterwards, we will return to San Francisco in the afternoon.

Day 4 San Francisco - Sacramento - Elko(497 miles)

In the morning, we will depart from San Francisco and head east towards Nevada. On the way, we will stop in Sacramento to see the California State Capitol. Then, we will drive through the Donner Pass, treated to beautiful desert views along the way, as we drive to Elko, NV for the evening.

Founded in 1849, Sacramento was at the heart of the gold rush, Pony Express, and first trans-continental railroad. Today it serves as the capital of the state of California and one of its most important cities.

Day 5 Elko - Jackson Hole - Grand Teton National Park(434 miles)

Today, we will drive through the states of Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Wyoming as we travel to Jackson Hole and take a Scenic Chairlift Ride. In downtown Jackson, we will see the Elk Antlers Arches. Then, we will continue to Grand Teton National Park, following the road the runs along the Snake River. We will spend the night at the Hatchet Resort Cabins.

Famous frontier town, located at the crossing of Grand Teton and Rocky Mountains, it became a heaven for outdoors sports enthusiast. The widely praised Elk Antler Arches Park, with its four arches made with thousands of elk antlers is a must see.

    The scenic chairlift is a leisurely ride that brings you up 1,571 feet to the summit of Snow King Mountain for the best views of the Tetons, the Elk Refuge, and the town of Jackson.

Grand Teton National Park is is located in the Rocky Mountains, Northwest Wyoming. Grand Teton National Park is noted for its stunning mountain vistas, its shimmering alpine lakes and its abundant wildlife.

Day 6 Yellowstone - Sheridan(180 miles)

Today, we will travel to Yellowstone National Park, home to the world's largest super volcano and over 10,000 fascinating geothermal features like Norris Geyser, Upper Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Valley, Fishing Bridge, Mud Volcano and more! We will spend the night in Sheridan, WY.

The largest, oldest, and most famous national park displays a fascinating scenery of hot springs, geysers, canyons & waterfalls, and nature everywhere you look!

Day 7 Sheridan - Devils Tower - Mt. Rushmore - Crazy Horse - Casper(526 miles)

In the morning, we will drive to Devil's Tower, the country's first national monument. Next, we will head to iconic Mount Rushmore, followed by the Crazy Horse National Monument. Later on, we will spend the night in Casper.

The first declared United States National Monument. It'is an igneous intrusion or laccolith located in the Black Hills near Hulett and Sundance in Crook County. A monolithic rock formation that rises 1,267 feet above the surrounding land and was once the neck of an active volcano.

    This massive monolith in the Black Hills of Wyoming was the nation's first national monument, anointed by Teddy Roosevelt in 1906. In recent years, climbing the rock has become popular. The stone column is considered sacred by many Native Americans.

This famous United States monument in the Black Hills of western South Dakota depicts the busts of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. The 60-foot tall statues are carved right into the side of the mountains.

Crazy Horse Memorial is the world's largest sculpture-in-progress, and frequent drilling and mountain blasts make each visit unique. When completed, Crazy Horse Memorial will stand 563 feet tall by 641 feet long.

Day 8 Casper - Salt Lake City(321 miles)

Drive to Independent Rock State Historic Site this morning, then we will head to Salt Lake City, where we will visit the Utah State Capitol, the most expensive, luxurious state house in the U.S. We will also Temple Square. After that, overnight in Miavale.

Today, we will depart from Salt Lake City and head to Bonneville Salt Flats, an area of perfectly flat land that looks like it is covered by snow. Later, we will drive to Reno, NV, where we will spend the night.

Day 10 Reno - Virginia City - Lake Tahoe - San Francisco(209 miles)

In the morning, we will leave Reno and head to Virginia City, the home of the famous Comstock Lodge, founded in 1859. Then, we will head to gorgeous Lake Tahoe, a wonderful place to swim, fish and boat. It also hosts winter activities like skiing and snowboarding. In the evening, we will arrive in San Francisco, where the tour will come to an end.

Silver and gold made the old mining town Virginia City, one that is recognized as the character of Nevada. Guests will experience its boomtime as they visit historic buildings, and some of its open mines.

The scenic Lake Tahoe nestled in the crook of California is the largest alpine lake in North America. In addition to being a wonderful place to swim, fish, and boat, Lake Tahoe features winter activities like skiing and snowboarding.
