Fountain Paint Pot, heated by the region's underground hot springs, F.P.P is half hot spring, half mud basin. The spring releases natural shades of red and yellow because of the oxidation of iron in the soil.

The Hill Aerospace Museum is located on Hill Air Force Base in Utah. It was opened in 1987 as part of the United States Air Force Heritage Program. It has more than 90 aircraft on display.

This 250,000-square-foot temple is the largest of the temples belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, known colloquially as the Mormons. The public cannot tour the interior, but the facade is a sight to behold.

Horseshoe Bend, located within the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area about 5 miles downriver from Lake Powell, is a sharp turn in the Colorado River that formed from erosion over the course of millions of years.

Lake Powell is a reservoir on the Colorado River created by the Glen Canyon Dam. This lake is the second-largest man-made reservoir in the United States, and it is an extremely popular vacation spot.

Upper Antelope Canyon is called "the place where water runs through rocks" by the Navajo. Its entrance and entire length are at ground level, requiring no climbing. Beams occur most often in the summer months, as they require the sun to be high in the sky.

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is located in northern Arizona just south of the Utah border. Both higher in elevation and more remote than its southern counterpart, the North Rim is great for camping and hiking.

The TCL Chinese Theater (Grauman's Chinese Theatre until 2013) on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, California is a world-famous theater that has been standing since 1926. The theater is named for its style of architecture.

The Dolby Theater-- known as the Kodak Theater until 2012-- is a massive shopping complex and entertainment arena that is best known for hosting the Academy Awards. It has been the home of the Oscars since 2002.

This pedestrian mall in downtown LA is the oldest part of the city. Now a historic state landmark, Olvera Street is home to many craft shops and Mexicali restaurants. There are many kiosks lining the street as well.

(Passing By) The Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles was opened in 2003. Its dramatic exterior architecture has quickly turned it into a recognizable landmark, and it is home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra.

(Passing By) The Chinatown in Los Angeles, California is located in the downtown area of the city, is one of California's three major Chinese ethnic neighborhoods. It is a large area containing many popular spots for both tourists and locals.

California's Disneyland Park is the only theme park to be built under the watchful eye of Walt Disney himself. The "happiest place on Earth" is an 85-acre compound home to eight smaller theme "lands" and the famous Disneyland Resort.

This large pier in Santa Monica, California is an iconic and historic waterfront amusement park. It first opened in 1909. The building that houses its 1920s carousel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
