Day 1 Antelope Island Safari from SLC

Guests will be picked up from their Salt Lake City hotels in the morning. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

A 120-Mile Adventure. From Salt Lake City, we will head onto Antelope Island, the largest island on the Great Salt Lake, home to one of the largest buffalo (American bison) herds in the country, the largest land animal in North America and an absolute crowd-pleaser for visitors of all ages. In addition, the second-fastest land animal in the world, the antelope, roams the island. Other wildlife includes mule deer, burrowing owls, coyotes, and several species of birds. Afterward, we will return to downtown Salt Lake City, where guests will be dropped off at their hotels.

Utah's gorgeous capital city sits amidst the mountains of the American Southwest on the shores of the breathtaking Great Salt Lake. The city is steeped in history and architecture in addition to wondrous vistas and scenery.
