Day 1 Reykjavik-Vik-Selfoss-Reykjavik(435 km)

This tour offers an amazing adventure on the south coast of Iceland, providing amazing views of the mountains, glaciers, and other pieces of the landscape. After pickup in Reykjavik, we will drive out of the capital until we reach the Skogafoss waterfall, which might just be the country's most iconic. After that, we will continue to Reynisfjara volcanic beach, home to dramatic basalt columns, known as the "organ pipes." Following a short lunch break here, we will meet our guides for the paragliding section of our adventure. We will sail through the skies and enjoy incredible panoramic views of the land below us. The experienced pilots will make sure that this is a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Afterwards, we will visit the Solheimajokull glacier and Seljalandsfoss waterfall on our way back to Reykjavik, where the tour will end.

There are many natural places of interest in the small beachside town of Vķk, including puffin and arctic tern breeding grounds, a spectacular set of rock columns known as Reynisdrangar, and Dyrhólaey. There are also hiking trails, bird-watching trips, and horseback riding on the black sands or snowmobile on Mżrdalsjökull.

  • Always Visit
This waterfall in Iceland lies along the Skoga River where it once drained into the sea. The cliff at the top of the waterfall marks where the old coastline of Iceland was.
  • Always Visit
The southern coast of Iceland contains a unique surprise for visitors: black sand beaches, formed due to the region's volcanic activity. Reynisfjara in particular has been called the coolest beach in the country.

Selfoss is the largest town in southern Iceland, the Icelandic Route 1 runs through the town on its way between Hverageroi and Hella.

  • Always Visit
This waterfall in Iceland is situated between the town of Selfoss and another waterfall, Skogafoss. At a height of 200 feet, it marks where the coastline of Iceland once was thousands of years ago.
