Day 1 Prague

After guests have been picked up from the specified departure location, we will begin this tour of Prague. Over the course of a few hours, we will see the most famous historic places and monuments in the city.

We will begin at the vicinity of the Estates Theatre, in the Old Town. We will see these attractions on a minibus for the first part of the tour: We will pass by the National Theatre where we will see a marvellous view of the panorama of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge, Rudolfinum, the Powder Gate, the Wenceslas Square, the centre of the New Town, the Charles Square, and the renowned Dancing House (Fred and Ginger). Afterwards we will cross the Jirasek Bridge to be enchanted by the Lesser Quarter, dominated by the Saint Nicholas Church.We will go across the Jewish Town, along the oldest synagogue in Europe to the Old Town Square.

Then we will start our walk along the Prague Castle. We will be welcomed by the Soldiers of elite Prague Castle Guard at the gates. The ceremonial Changing of the Guard including a fanfare and the flag ceremony. We will also see the Saint Vitus Cathedral, where the Czech Crown Jewels are kept and King Charles IV, father of the country, is buried. The tour will come to an end in Prague Castle.
