Day 1 Scottsdale - Sedona(350 miles)

Today we will travel from the Scottsdale area to Sedona, AZ, where we will first visit the Montezuma's Castle National Momument. Following this, we will take a guided tour of Sedona to familiarize ourselves with the city. At about 3:00pm, we will check into the hotel and guests will have the rest of the day at their leisure.

Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon was carved over 17 million years by the Colorado River. This breathtaking, 18-mile-long canyon has been stunning visitors for hundreds of years.

    Montezuma's Castle is a Native American desert dwelling carved into a limestone cliffside in Arizona. Unfortunately, visitors are no longer allowed to climb the ladders and explore the dwellings.

Day 2 Sedona - Grand Canyon(113 miles)

Today we will drive through the Oak Creek Canyon from Sedona on our way to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We will check into our hotel at about 1:30pm. Guests will have the remainder of the day free in the park.

Day 3 Grand Canyon - Scottsdale(236 miles)

During the morning hours you will have ample time to relax, take sunrise photographs overlooking the Grand Canyon, or even do a morning hike. At approximately 1:30pm, your guide will pick you up from the front lobby of your Grand Canyon Hotel and further explore the "Canyon". Our days tour of the National Park we will explore the infamous 30-mile section of road that winds east along the rim of the canyon, showcasing the best rim views and history along the way including the Little Colorado River Gorge and various view points.

Before returning to Phoenix from the Grand Canyon, we will be treated to distant views of the Painted Desert as well as close up views of the Little Colorado River Gorge and Navajo Nation. The Painted Desert is the perfect backdrop for our stop in the Navajo Nation at a prominent trading post. You will be able to get a glimpse into the past, view the highest quality authentic Navajo artwork and craft work, as well as a gift shop to bring back souvenirs for friends and family.
