To redeem tickets, guests must bring their printed e-ticket and other valid documents to any of the three museum ticket offices. The ticket will remain valid for 2 days. Please note that the price does not include transportation to and from the museums. Guests will be required to arrange their own transfers.

Ticket are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule.
