Day 1: Paris - Heidelberg (463 km)

Depart in the morning from boulevard Champs-Élysées to Heidelberg. We will visit Heidelberg castle. Take a walk along the Neckar Rive, you will meet the famous Old Bridge, built in the 18th century by Prince Karl Theodor. We will also visit the University of Heidelberg by passing through the centre Hauptstrabe Street and market place.

    Old Bridge

Day 2: Munich - Salzburg (115 km)

After breakfast, we will leave for Munich where we will visit historical monuments of the city like Marienplatz, Church of the Marienplatz and Old Town Hall. Afterwards, we will head for one of the most beautiful city in north of Alps - Salzburg.

    This building served as the city hall of Munich until 1874. It was built between the 13th and 14th centuries in a late Gothic style, featuring tall spires and a white facade.

    Frauenkirche

    This cathedral serves as the seat of the Archdiocese of Munich. The original foundation was laid during the Middle Ages in the Gothic style, but the domes added later were completed during the Renaissance.

    Neues Rathaus

    This Gothic Revival building on the northern part of Marienplatz in Munich was finished in 1908 and includes 400 rooms spread across 9,159 square meters. Behind the building is a small park.

Day 3: Salzburg - Vienna (295 km)

After breakfast, we will visit Salzburg, take a walk in the completely different atmosphere of the narrow, 16th-century Steingasse, where working people once lived, and shops, galleries, and clubs now beckon. Explore the Altstadt's grand churches and squares, the Salzach River. Afterwards, we will head to Vienna. First we will visit Schönbrunn Palace, also called "beautiful fountain". Then take a walk around the center of the historic city Vienna, which has many important monuments of the former Austrian imperial capital like Rathaus (City Hall), the Austrian Parliament, State Opera of Vienna, and the grand Hofburg Palace etc. Vienna is world famous for the waltz, a stunning show is offered for you to enjoy this dance in the evening if you wish.

    The Austrian Parliament Building is, as the name implies, the place where the governmental proceedings of the Austrian government are decided on and enacted. Its Grecian influence was meant to invoke the democratic beliefs of the ancient Greeks.

    Hofburg Palace

    This former imperial palace now serves as the residence of the Austrian president. In addition, this massive complex also houses museums that detail the history of the Austrian government. It also serves as a convention center for the city.

    Vienna State Opera

    This amazing opera house traces its origins to the middle of the 1800s. Its prestigious orchestra members often go on to become players in the Vienna Philharmonic. The neo-Renaissance facade is beloved today, but unpopular at the time of construction.

    The Viennese City Park covers 16 acres in the Austrian capital and is beloved by tourists and locals alike. The park is home to several attractions and monuments of its own, most notable the Johann Strauss Monument.

    The public space in front of Vienna's Hofburg Palace is known as Heldenplatz. It has been the site of many notable, often infamous, historical events.

Day 4: Vienna - Budapest (243 km)

After breakfast, we will leave for Budapest. It possesses a cultural and architectural heritage of great wealth as Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Parliament, and its historical museums. A boat ride on the Danube is proposed in order to better explore the charm of the city. Check in at the hotel near Budapest. Optional diner: local Hungarian dishes 35 Euro/person.

    In the Citadel on Gellert Hill, this monument stands as a memorial to fallen Hungarian soldiers who resisted the Nazis in World War II. Built as a Nazi monument in 1943, it was repurposed after the war.

Day 5: Budapest - Bratislava - Prague (490 km)

We will leave in the morning for the capital of Slovakia Bratislava, discover the monuments in the center of the city: the Cathedral Saint Martin, Saint Michel Gate and Place parliament. Then we will head to Prague. Check in at the hotel near Prague.

    Michalska Gate

    This is the only gate from the medieval fortifications of the old city of Bratislava that still stands. It is a white tower with a green top that looms over the rest of the old city.

    This is a narrow pedestrian thoroughfare in old town Bratislava, lined with several small shops, cafes, and restaurants. The tower at one end of the street is known as "Michael's Gate".

    Trinitarian Church of Bratislava

    This Baroque style church in Bratislava was built in the first half of the 18th century by the Trinitarian Order. The main portal is richly decorated with Rococo elements.

Day 6: Prague

After breakfast, we will start with the district Hradcany, Prague Castle. After passing through the district Zlata ulicka, dubbed as "Golden Lane", we will cross the Charles Bridge to visit the Old Town Square in Prague.

    Old Town Hall

    This building, with its tall, Gothic tower, was once the city hall of Prague. At the top of the tower is the famous astronomical clock, the oldest still-working clock of its kind worldwide.

    Golden Lane

    This historic street in front of the massive and spectacular Prague Castle gets its name from the alchemists who are said to once have roamed the area looking for a way to turn ordinary minerals into gold.

Day 7: Prague - Nuremberg - Frankfurt (438 km)

After breakfast, we will leave for Frankfurt by passing Nuremberg. We will visit Romerberg, the old centre of Frankfurt, with a number of historic buildings dating to the 14th and 15th century. We can visit the Romeritselfis the town hall of Frankfurt, the main cathedral, the Eiserne Steg, the Rententurm (Customs Tower) and more.

Finally we will return to Paris.
