Day 1

Miami is 'the' city not to be missed in Florida..... and for those guests that wish to do more in the city then shop and sunbathe, this tour is a fabulous option.

An early morning start from Orlando with a continental breakfast bag to eat en-route, will have you arriving in the Miami region late morning. At Bayfront Central Station you will disembark our vehicle and from there you can join your Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour.

With art, architecture, museums, shopping and dining opportunities at every stop, the Miami hop-on hop-off tour highlights the very best of Miami's attractions. Discover all that Miami has to offer on two routes of the city. Tour around the island of Miami Beach and along Ocean Drive on the Beach Loop, explore the districts and neighborhoods of mainland Miami on the City Loop, or discover the unique and diverse areas of Upper Miami. Each loop has live commentary and takes between 1 and 1.5-hours leaving you with plenty of time to explore!

The main hubs for hop-on hop-off touring in Miami are the Central Station in Downtown Miami in Bayfront Park, South Beach and Coconut Grove. Tours depart every 15-20 minutes on the Beach Loop, every 30 minutes on the City Loop and every 45 minutes for the Uptown Loop.
Guest MUST remember that in the afternoon our transportation back to Orlando departs from the South Beach area (tour guide will provide you a map showing location), so guests must ensure they take a bus to South Beach

From South Beach in the evening you will rebound your main tour vehicle for transportation back from Miami to Orlando. Arriving in Orlando around 11pm.

Buses depart every 15-20 minutes from Central Station from 9am to 5:30pm daily. Service ends at 7pm at Central Station. Entire loop takes 1.5 hours

As the list of pickup points offered and the times of those pickups can vary by departure the actual selection including any times can be presented to you when you check availability for a specific date.

Personal Hotel Pickup: If you would like to be picked up at a hotel not listed on the normal schedule, the fee is: $10 per person for 1 or 2 guests; $25 per family for 3 or more on the same booking. Please fill your hotel information when you book, if your hotel is available for picked up, we will provide the pick up time together with the E-ticket. If not available, we will provide you with a nearest pick up location.
Parking Information: Free parking is available at all pick up locations except for the Quality Inn International and Disney All Star.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. All tours can be will be confirmed within 1-2 business day.

Redemption

Reservation confirmation is required to confirm or schedule your pick-up location and ensure there has been no change to your pick-up time. Please present a printed copy of your voucher to the driver-guide, or let the agent know when you call to reconfirm. If for any reason you cannot print your voucher, then show the driver-guide your digital copy.
In addition to the complimentary pick-up locations/meeting points listed on the website, additional Hotel Pick-up locations (within regional limits) can be arranged at a surcharge directly with Gray Line Orlando

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.
Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
Cancellation penalties as follows(Notification day and departure day are not counted):
Up to 16 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
4 - 15 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
