She was on time for her pickups and gave overall amazing customer service. The accommodations were better than expected, everything was very clean, and hotel service was great! Overall, it was very nice. They are very kind and thoughtful.. and gave me a lot of useful tips to enjoy the parks. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Just one thing, you must get in the line earlier to catch the shuttle bus to get to Magic Kingdom Park. Sometimes it is already full, so you have to wait for the next bus (like for an hour. Except that, other things were excellent!
