Day 1: New York

Passengers will be picked up in the morning. Today we will embark on a tour of New York City. We will passing by NYC Trinity Church, and our first stop will be the Wall Street, where we can see the world's famous stock exchanges, as well as the signature sculpture, Charging Bull. From there, we will take a Statue of Liberty Cruise. And stop at the One World Observatory. Have Lunch at Chinatown. Our day concludes with visits to Times Square, Grand Central, New York Public Library, Chelsea Market, The Fifth Avenue.

Day 2: New York - Philadelphia - Washington D.C. (236 miles)

Today, we will travel to Philadelphia, PA, the first capital of the United States, where we will visit National Independence Park, which is home to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. After that, we will continue to Washington, D.C., where we will be able to take photos of the U.S. Capitol and the White House. If we are lucky, maybe the politicians will actually be hard at work, but that's unlikely! We will also be able to visit the National Air and Space Museum, the Jefferson Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Korean War Memorial. Finally, we will be able to board a relaxing Potomac River cruise, which will provide us with exquisite views of the monuments of this historic city from the water.

Day 3: New York

Apples are very famous in New York State, we will take you to the Apple Farm at this season to enjoy picking apples (2-3 hours). After that we are going to the famous Six Flag theme park, where we will spend approximately 4 hours. These park offers different theme music areas, Water Parks, and there are all kinds of roller coasters, games, electric toys, live entertainment, and food stalls.

Day 4: New York - Boston (217 miles)

Today, we will leave New York City and travel to Boston, enjoying the scenery on the way. In the afternoon, we will visit the campuses of Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After that, we will pass by Trinity Cathedral, the Hancock Building, the Boston Athenaeum, Boston Common, the Public Gardens and the Massachusetts State House. For dinner, we will enjoy a delicious lobster meal.

This is the perfect opportunity to try a bowl of famous New England clam chowder. Afterwards, we will board the bus to go to New York City, where we will be able to go shopping at the Bloomingdale's flagship store on Fifth Avenue.

In the morning, we will visit the Central Park of New York, the 5th Ave and Lincoln Center. There would be no space for storage shopping bags so please do not purchase any goods on that day. Next, we are heading to the Times Square countdown area, and celebrating New Year with thousands of visitors. 

You will have 2 options for the countdown:

1. You may walk to Times Square and watch performances before the countdown. At the same time, the countdown zone will be closed for pedestrians only; you may experience the world-famous New Year street celebrations to witness the historic moment. (Free of charge)

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.

  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking.
