  • It's a ok tour. If we have a chioce we wont choose this. First of all, we waited at 87 bewery at 5.30am (we came early 30 mins before the appointment time just in cast) 5.55am past still got no sign with anyone, we kinda scared and think is this a right place? In the email, there is no information about tour guide or car that gonna pick us. We need to call for that. The car come just on time 6.00am but no tour guide. The driver said the tour guide is in the hotel that when we know for the first 2 days we need to join with other big group who take like 8 days tour. We get in the bus which is not bad, they have phone charger and wifi(block some media tho but thats alright) there is no food, snack or a single of water provide in the bus. The tour guide named Andy, not really take care of us. There is once time we go to glass museum he let us walk by ourselves, but for chinese people he explain the story for them(we paid the same price no? Why treat us differently?) The driver who drive the bus that day also extremely rude, yelling at us when we get out from the bus slower than other. There is once time we just ask for simple question like 'is it ok if we leave the baggages in the bus overnight?' he reply with moody mood like 'if you dont afraid your bag will gone then go ahead but dont tell me if the bag have 10k dollars inside' something like that, I mean its just a simple question why answer to us like that, if he doesnt have service mind then he should do other job.(you guys reading comment now wont understand how rude is he thru the sentence, if you lucky you might meet him and get those exp) The accommodation is not bad the bed is comfy, rating is 3 stars hotel. We choose 4 people in one room which is good enough. We got conyard by marriott, double tree by hilton, and holidays inn. All the hotels are self-service with NO BREAKFAST Andy told us the reason why there is no breakfast, he said because he doesnt eat breakfast so he think there is no need(is that a logic? Or just kidding??) For the last 2 days (day 3 and 4), we heading back to boston with new tour guide named Peter, he is a nice guy and a good tour guide(hope you guys got him as your tour guide) he helped us a lot and explains things very clearly thank you again Peter, we are really appreciate that. We need to change the bus to van(its a benz car not sure if called Van tho) WITHOUT wifi and phone charger and we need to take long trip at least 7hours from niagala falls to boston which is suck. The itinerary is soso, optional but u need to pay them anyway(seems like we cannot choose at all) not all the list you can visit in itinerary its depending on weather and season too.(please read it carefully because in the bus there is a lady complaining about that) We understand this so we got no problem about that.
