  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years.

Day 1: New York City In-Depth Tour

We will begin the day on Wall Street, taking pictures of the famous Charging Bull statue. Then, we have the chance to take a sightseeing cruise on the Hudson River that provides great photo opportunities of the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. We will also visit the USS Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, and Hudson Yards. We can also go to Fifth Avenue to shop at luxury stores. Later, we will stroll around Central Park and take a break to taste Lady M, a famous handmade cake shop. Our tour bus will take guests to "World Crossroads", Times Square. You can also go to Ripley's Believe It or Not. It is one of the most entertaining museums in the world.

Day 2: New York City Tour

In the morning, we will visit the observatory at the top of One World Trade Center, as well as the 9/11 Memorial and Museum in New York City. We will also see the Oculus, which is shaping up to become one of the city's major transportation hubs. Of course, we will not miss the famous Metropolitan Museum of Art (in-depth tour). Then, we will visit the headquarters of the United Nations Lobby (Government-issued photo identification is required to enter the United Nations. For security reasons, children under 5 years of age are not permitted on tour. If visiting is not available or the United Nations closes for certain reasons, we will visit outside of the UN and take pictures for memory). In the evening, we will be able to purchase tickets for a famous Broadway show (please notify your tour guide in advance due to limited available seating).

Day 3: New York - West Point - Woodbury - New York (130 miles)

Today, we will drive north of New York City until we reach West Point, the famous military academy, where we will learn about the United States' military history. From there, we will make our way to the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets for some bargain shopping. At the end of the day, we will head back to New York, where the tour will come to an end.

West Point Military Academy will be temporarily closed on 4/27, 5/21, 5/24, 5/25, 9/8, 9/15, 9/21, 10/5, 10/26, 10/20, 11/3, 11/9, 11/10, 11/16 ,11/17, 11/22, 12/25 2019. We will take the photo at the entrance of west point, then go to woodbury afterwards.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Broadway Show: the admission is on your own expense, you can book tickets from tour guide upon arrival or online in advance owing to seats are limited.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip.
  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $10 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
  • Any private expenses.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
