We have a wonderful tour to Washington D.C. I think our group would agree with me that our tour Rachel Xu was made more enjoyable by the ever calm, patient & jovial. I will be recommending our family members who will be making a trip to the USA later in the year to this Bus tour which we thoroughly enjoyed.

My wife & I recently took a 2 day Bus tour from Flushing, New York to Philadelphia & Washington DC.I am writing to highlight the friendliness, helpfulness & efficiency of our tour guide RACHEL XU. Right from the night before our tour we had lost our receipt & details of our tour and I messaged her at 12.30am in the morning and she sorted everything out. That was a big relief to us! Throughout the tour we had a great time and I noticed that whenever a problem arises Rachel was always calm and polite and got the problems solved. For the various attractions we attended Rachel always got us there on time so we did not have to wait a long time.

I took the 2-Day Washington DC, Philadelphia Tour from New York over the weekend. Universal's staff was friendly and helped everyone reach their respective buses in time. Our bus was clean and well maintained. The itinerary was well planned. The stay was at Sheraton was very good too. The tour Guide, i.e. Kitty was great! She made everyone feel comfortable. Accommodated needs and concerns of visitors as much as possible. We ended up coming back to New York in time, thanks to amazing driving of Mark throughout the trip. One would spend around 6-7 hours on an average in the bus each day. The bus was stopped for snack/bathroom break on regular intervals. Only area of improvement is that allotted 1 hour could be less for some attractions, e.g. Newseum and Spy Museum need around 3 hours to do justice to them. But I guess it was done to optimize the number of places to be visited over a 2 day tour. The choice of place for Dinner and Lunch were slightly off the main city but good choice of restaurants. I am a Vegetarian so my choices were limited but still I ended up enjoying both meals. All in all, it was well planned and the staff of Universal was great throughout!
