Day 1 Marrakech

As guests arrive at the terminal, they should keep their eyes out for the tour guide holding a sign, who will help them transfer to the hotel in Marrakech. Once everyone has arrived, we will gather in the hotel lobby at 7:00pm to meet each other and hold a fast, informal introductory meeting. There is an optional group dinner available for us to get to know our fellow travelers.

Day 2 Mhamid - Zagora - Camel Trek

Today, we will have an amazing adventure in the Moroccan desert, riding camels through the Sahara and breathing in the atmosphere of desert life. We will enjoy lunch at a house in the desert and we can even choose to get a henna tattoo! After that, we will make our way to the campsite, where an amazing experience awaits us: as the sun sets, we will observe the amazing image of the desert changing color! We will enjoy a dinner prepared by the locals, who are known to entertain with traditional songs and dances by the campfire.

Day 3 Zagora - Merzouga

Today, we will drive to the village of Merzouga, famous for its majestic sand dunes and a true depiction of the desert landscapes Morocco is known for. We will have the option to enjoy a 4x4 drive or camel ride through the dunes. On the way to Merzauga, we will pass by Tazarine, the capital of Henna, and Risani, the origin of Alaouites dynasty. In the afternoon, we will reach our campsite at Merzauga before joining a 4x4 jeep safari for 2 hours. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to see a variety of different landscapes. We will spend the night camping in the desert.

Day 4 Merzouga - Fes

After admiring the beautiful sunrise and enjoying breakfast, we will drive to Fes, the cultural heart of Morocco. As the third largest city in the country, it is known for its labyrinth of souks and leather tanneries.

Day 5 Fes - Chefchaouen - Fes

Today, we will drive to Chefchaouen, the blue city of Morocco, where we will visit the Medina, Outa el-Hammam Square, the Ras el-Maa Waterfall and the Spanish Mosque, which provides the best views of the city. In the evening, we will return to Fes.

Day 6 Fes

Today, we will go sightseeing in the amazing city of Fes, visiting the Bab Bouloud Gate, Bou Inania Medersa, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, Andalusian, the Quaraouiyine Mosque, Najjarine Square, the medina and Mellah, as well as some of the city's best spice markets. We will spend another night in the city, where the cafes stay open late, serving up delicious Moroccan cuisine.

The third-largest city in Morocco, Fes features beautiful historic architecture that showcases the incredible works of the Arab world.

Day 7 Fes - Rabat - Casablanca(303 km)

Today, we will depart for Rabat, the political and administrative capital of Morocco. The city is set in a rich, amber landscape, combining ancient history with modern Moroccan culture. We will go on a sightseeing tour to the Royal Palace, the Chellah Ruins, Hassan Tower, the Mohamed V Mausoleum and the Oudayas Gardens. Afterwards, we will depart for Casablanca.

Rabat is the capital and fourth largest city of Morocco. Tourism and the presence of all foreign embassies in Morocco serve to make Rabat one of the most important cities in the country.

    This mausoleum in Rabat is the burial site of King Mohammed V, who was king of the country until his death in 1961. The mausoleum is considered a beautiful example of the architectural style of the Alaouite Dynasty.

Day 8 Casablanca - Essaouria

Today, we will explore Casablanca, where we will visit United Nations Square, the Anfa Residential Quarter and the Hassan II Mosque. Then, we will depart for Essaouira, Morocco's best sea resort. In the evening, we can explore the Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 9 Essaouira - Marrakech

Today, we will depart for Marrakech. In the afternoon, we will visit Djemaa el Fna Square, which is filled with story tellers, snake charmers, acrobats, musicians and folk dancers. We will spend the night in the city.

Day 10 Marrakech

The tour will end after we check out of our hotel in Marrakech at 11:00am. After saying goodbye to their new friends, guests will transfer to the airport for departure flights.

Booking changes
All changes, amendments or additions must be confirmed prior to 60 days of the departure date to avoid cancellation or amendment fees. No new passengers may be added to a booking once completed.

a) Name & Tour Date changes requested within:

  • 60-30 days of departure will incur an amendment fee of 25 per person;
  • 29-15 days of departure will incur an amendment fee of 50 per person;
  • 14 days of departure will be made at the sole discretion of tour operator.
  • b) Tour Destination changes requested within:

  • 60-30 days of departure will incur an amendment fee of 35 per person;
  • 29 days of departure will be made at the sole discretion of tour operator.
  • Changing the tour date and/or the destination is subject to availability of the new requested date and/or the destination. If the revised tour has a higher price and/or local payment, the price difference must be paid by the passenger. It is not possible to transfer the booking to travel dates outside of seasonal dates covered in tour operator brochure or by the relevant edition of the website valid at the time the original booking was made. Hotelier cancellation charges are liable to be paid by the passenger in the event of booked pre-tour and post-tour accommodation being unused whatever the circumstances are.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .


    Cancellations penalty within the balance payment period (60-0 days prior to departure) are as follows: (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
