Passenegers will be picked up in Los Angeles in the morning. Today will be spent travelling through the American Southwest to Arizona. We will spend the night near Phoenix, AZ.
This city just outside Phoenix is known for its nightlife. Scottsdale was described by the New York Times as "a desert version of Miami's South Beach" with "plenty of late night partying and a buzzing hotel scene."
More than a steak dinner, this is truly a wild west outing that gives you a feel of what the west was about. Enjoy a steak dinner with entertainment.

Day 2 Phoenix / Scottsdale - Sedona - Grand Canyon(218 miles)
Today we will travel to the Grand Canyon area, stopping briefly in Sedona, AZ along the way. We will drive through Oak Creek Canyon. Finally, we will head to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon for exploration.
Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon was carved over 17 million years by the Colorado River. This breathtaking, 18-mile-long canyon has been stunning visitors for hundreds of years.
Called the little cousin of the Grand Canyon, this 12-mile canyon in Arizona is a popular tourist spot. It offers swimming and fishing areas in addition to hiking, picnic area, and campgrounds.

Day 3 Grand Canyon - Monument Valley Tribal Park - Canyonlands National Park - Moab(332 miles)
Today we will drive along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon on our way to Monument Valley Tribal Park and then Canyonlands National Park. We will spend the night in Moab, UT.
Monument Valley in Arizona is home to exquisite desert scenery and immense geological formations that can be seen for miles around. The valley lies within the range of the Navajo Nation Reservation and is accessible from U.S. Highway 163.

Moab is a city in Grand County, in eastern Utah, in the western United States. The population was 5,046 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat and largest city in Grand County. Moab attracts a large number of tourists every year, mostly visitors to the nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
The Colorado and Green Rivers have eroded the Utah landscape into a red-tinted world of impressive canyons, mesas, and buttes. Canyonlands National Park is separated into four distinct districts, the most popular of which is Island in the Sky.

Day 4 Moab - Arches National Park - Rock Springs(368 miles)
Today we will visit Arches National Park. In the afternoon we will arrive in Rock Springs, WY, where we will spend the night.
Arches National Park is home to the breathtaking scenery of natural stone arches, like the Delicate Arch and Fiery Furnace. It is close to Moab and Canyonlands National Park.

Day 5 Rock Springs - Grand Teton - Jackson Hole(230 miles)
Today we depart for Grand Teton National Park. After spending the day touring this natural wonder, we will head to Jackson Hole, WY for the night.
Grand Teton National Park is is located in the Rocky Mountains, Northwest Wyoming. Grand Teton National Park is noted for its stunning mountain vistas, its shimmering alpine lakes and its abundant wildlife.

Day 6 Jackson Hole - Yellowstone(79 miles)
Today we will travel from Jackson Hole to Yellowstone National Park, where we will have the rest of the day to explore.

Day 7 Yellowstone - Salt Lake City(369 miles)
Today we will journey to Salt Lake City, UT, where we will visit the Mormon Temple and Utah State Capitol.
Utah's gorgeous capital city sits amidst the mountains of the American Southwest on the shores of the breathtaking Great Salt Lake. The city is steeped in history and architecture in addition to wondrous vistas and scenery.
The home of all of the governmental processes for the state of Utah, the Utah State Capitol in Salt Lake City. The building is done in the ornate neoclassical revival style, purposefully reminiscent of the nation capitol in DC.
This 250,000-square-foot temple is the largest of the temples belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, known colloquially as the Mormons. The public cannot tour the interior, but the facade is a sight to behold.

Day 8 Salt Lake City - Bryce Canyon National Park(272 miles)
Today we will leave Salt Lake City and make our way to Bryce Canyon National Park, where we will spend the remainder of the day.
Bryce Canyon National Park is named for just one of many canyons which form a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters on the edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.

Day 9 Bryce Canyon National Park - Zion National Park - Las Vegas(250 miles)
Today we will explore Zion National Park. We will head to Las Vegas, NV for the night.
The highlight of Zion National Park in southwestern Utah is Zion Canyon, which reaches a half mile in depth. The park is home to a spectacular amount of plants and animals, including over two hundred species of birds.

Day 10 Las Vegas - Los Angeles(228 miles)
The morning is free to enjoy Las Vegas. Relax at the pool, shop or visit any of the many attractions in this bustling resort. Option to end the tour in Las Vegas or, around noon, depart west through the deserts of southern California. Arrive in the Los Angels area in late afternoon. When we arrive in the afternoon, guests will be dropped off at the specified departure location. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

Tips to the Tour Director and Driver (Suggested: Drivers: $3 - $5 per person per day; Guides: $4 - $6 per person per day).
The Extras fees can be paid directly to the tour guide in cash, credit card or travelers check in USD.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Departures can only be guaranteed 45 days prior to the departure date (a minimum number of passengers is required to operate the tour). We are not responsible for any cancellation/change fees for flight tickets.
You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
Up to 31days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount
30-15 days prior to departure - 15% of total purchase amount.
14-2 days prior to departure - 70% of total purchase amount.
1 day prior - Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
