  • The tour operator was very professional. In spite of the number of people booked on different tours, they were able to organize everyone well. For the Grand Canyon south rim tour, we were told that it would be around 5 hours per way travel time and only 1 hour will be spent in the Grand Canyon, and get back to Las Vegas at around 4:00PM. It would have been better if clients get to spend more time at the Grand Canyon South Rim (as it's much better and a lot cheaper than the West Rim) and go home a bit later in the day. It would also be nice if the hotels had free breakfast included.
