Day 1 Los Angeles
Today, guests can meet the tour guide at the baggage claim area for domestic flights or the arrival hall for international flights at LAX between 9:00am and 9:00pm to transfer to the hotel. Guests who arrive outside of this time frame will have to pay a transfer fee (1st and 2nd person will have to pay $75; 3rd person and up will have to pay $10 per person).
Day 4 Los Angeles - San Francisco (362 miles)
Upon departing Los Angeles, our first destination is the Pyramid Lake (except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) where we will visit the museum to see records of the four great ancient floods and modern conservation of the lake. Then we will stop at the outlets at Tejon Ranch. We will arrive in San Francisco in the evening.
Day 5 San Francisco - Napa Valley - Redwood National Forest - Eureka (305 miles)
Today we will visit Napa Valley. In the afternoon, we will enter the Redwood National Forest as highlights include: Chandelier Tree, Tree Shop, Founder's Tree Grove, and the Avenue of Giants. Overnight stay in Eureka.
Day 6 Eureka - Crater Lake National Park - Klamath Falls (224 miles)
Visit Crater Lake National Park. The lake was formed after the collapse of Mount Mazama -an ancient volcano that erupted approximately 7,700 years ago. The lake is 6 miles long, 4 miles wide and 1932 feet deep. Overnight stay in Klamath Falls.
Day 7 Klamath Falls - Mount Shasta View Point - McArthur-Burney Falls - San Francisco (361 miles)
Driving through the Klamath river basin, we will arrive at foothills of Mt Shasta. Then we will continue to visit Burney Falls. We will head back to Bay Area after the tour.
Day 8 San Francisco City Tour - Transfer out
Discover America's most picturesque and culturally diverse city - San Francisco. Highlights include: Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street and Chinatown. After the tour, we will transfer you to San Francisco airport.
