Day 1 Los Angeles

Today, guests will gather in Los Angeles, where they will meet an official tour guide in the baggage claim area of LAX for domestic flights or at the exit gate for international flights. From there, they will transfer to the hotel for check-in. All who arrive before 2:00pm from International flight or 3:00pm from domestic flights can join an optional Night Tour of the city.

Day 3 Los Angeles - 17 Miles - San Francisco(437 miles)

We will depart from Los Angeles and head to the picturesque Monterey Peninsula, where gentle sea breezes, meandering coast, surging waves, bizarre rocks, adorable seals and sea lions rest on the beach. Then we will stop at a world first-class Golf course and resort to view the amazing ocean view. Afterwards we enjoy the scenery of the 17 Miles, which is truly breathtaking. We may also explore the newly opened Pebble Beach Visitor Center. Arrive in Bay Area in the evening and overnight.

Monterey was the capital of Alta California under both Spain and Mexico. It was the only port of entry for taxable goods in California. In 1846 the U.S. flag was raised over the Customs House, and California became part of the United States after the ensuing Mexican-American War.

Day 4 Berkeley - San Francisco City Tour - Modesto(105 miles)

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterward, we'll drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. Then we'll visit the Golden Gate Bridge before visiting Fisherman's Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense). Next, we will visit Madame Tussaud or Exploratorium and then we'll visit the only building remaining from 1915 world's exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts. You may take a in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon. Stay overnight in Modesto.

Yosemite is amazing. We had a good time doing some hiking. Hotels are very nice for the price.

sights good. Extended SFO tour is expensive. tiring long journey between city. hotel and bus was good. just too short time at some places and no time for shopping.

The tour itinerary is well planned. I'd say it's pretty intense but it's good for people who enjoy being active. We get up early at around 7:00am and check-in at around 8:00pm. Disneyland is very nice and adults can have a lot of fun.

Sights were good...if traveling on your own a good choice although Tour is catered for the Asian market.
