Overall, we had a good experience with the tour, would like to compliment our tour guide Albert for being so efficient, flexible, accommodating and truly looking after his group, the disappointment part is during the booking process in which on my initial booking the kids were free of charge, the booking went thru but after few weeks, i received an email that we have to pay additional 286usd for 2 kids (same rate as adults) we were left with no choice but to pay the extra 286usd. It was like we didnt have any choice but to pay. On the first day of the trip, from LA to SFO, we have to transfer bus half way which is a bit hassle, and lastly the driver was rude. They kept arguing with the tour guide as if it was just the first time they did the tour regarding the drop off points, his voice was too loud speaking in mandarin, which was disturbing to us.
