Day 1: Los Angeles

We begin our tour by meeting in Los Angeles, where a tour guide will meet you at the Baggage Claim Area of the airport. From there we will transfer to our hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Los Angeles - Las Vegas - St. George (389 miles)

We will leave Los Angeles area in the morning. We will drive past the San Bernardino Forest and through the Mojave Desert into the state of Nevada. We will have lunch in Las Vegas and then proceed east. We will spend the night in St. George, UT.

Day 3: St. George - Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Salt Lake City (394 miles)

Leave for Antelope Canyon in the morning. It is a popular location for photographers and tourists. Then proceed to an area where the Colorado River made a 280 degree turn, better known as the Horseshoe Bend. You will spend a night at Salt Lake City, UT.

Today we will depart early in the morning and drive along the Great Salt Lake basin. The salinity of water here is seven times greater than that of the ocean. You will reach Jackson Township by noon. After lunch, we will visit Grand Teton. In the afternoon, we will drive to the world famous Yellowstone National Park. Spend the night near the Yellowstone.

In the afternoon, we will arrive Williams Arizona to visit the Bearizona Wildlife Park where we could find the bears, jaguars, bisons, deers, wolfs and etc. Afterwards we will enjoy a western cowboy's buffet here. While we are in the area, we will stop by State Street to visit many local shops and the famous County Courthouse. In the afternoon, we will board an Seaview Train that will return us to Los Angeles, providing us with a an opportunity to admire the impeccable beauty of California's coast.

  • Airport pickup: Complimentary pick up is available from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Additional charge for transfers from 10:00pm-8:00am: $100 and up per car.
  • Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If the flight is delayed, we will wait until 11:00 pm and we will charge $100 per car after 11:00 pm. Confirmation

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
