Good stay overall. Guides are attentive and open to some European customers but not all. For example, lunches stops are only Chinese, so no choice, and also some guides are speaking mainly in Chinese. Organization: the transfer of cars which forced us to get up very early every morning to pick up other people with additional waiting time of 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. To return in the evening it was the same and we were not at our hotel before 8:15PM in most cases. So for me, long days that ended up becoming painful: this I have repeated the poor organization of the transfer of cars. Attendance: TakeTours is an organization with a large majority of Asian customers. This experience has shown to be a contact very difficult if not even impossible, they remain between them, with a very strong community spirit. So a failure in relationships. Why TakeTours? Because it provides a model that does not offer the European tour operators (for those I know). This means that one can choose at their convenience to visit more cities with fewer parks or vice versa etc ... A choice of hotels is not possible with other tour operators. So much for the assessment of this trip and I thank TakeTours

This tour is very well planned and suitable for tourists who travel to these places for the first time. The itinerary will be packed and the tour guide really takes punctuality seriously. Some of the tour guides are helpful. There is not much time to shop as you will be going to many places.

I recommend this tour!

Tour was planned very well and the arrangements were done very well. There were no problems faced anywhere, whether it was hotels or transportation. Everything that is there in the itinerary was covered, and the tour stopped and gave time to take photos at all the important places. However, since this is a Chinese company a lot of Chinese people are there. The tour guides speaks more in Mandarin and less in English. The tour guides are also Chinese, so they answer more questions of Chinese people. They stop for lunch or diner at places where more Chinese food is there. The time given for theme parks is about 5 hours which is less for the big parks like San Diego Sea World. But I think for the price we paid for the tour, it is worth it, as in 12 days we get to see a lot of West Coast of US.

I recommend this tour!

Overall, an excellent experience. Everything worked as expected. The majority of participants were Chinese people, so there is strong focus on Chinese restaurants when stopping for food, but there are always other options nearby. The guides always speak in Chinese and English. There is also an overlap on the programming in which we visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame twice: on the Universal Studios day and on the Los Angeles City Tour day.
