Overall is good. The tour is very well organized. Buses and Hotels is better than I expected. It was nice experience except the fact that it is very hectic as they try to cover the distance. My tour was made up of many chinese people and the tour guide made chinese the first language. In 11 Days we had 4-5 tour guy's, all the tour guides had a thick Chinese accent most of the times it was very difficult to understand. you have to listen it very carefully. The guide speaks 10 minutes in Chinese and 2 in English, movies in the bus are in Chinese too. Sometimes the guide asked well-educated Chinese to translate some words to English and if they couldn't that remained Chinese mystery for English-speaking tourists. By listening Chinese language most of the time during tour you would wonder as if you are taking tour of some Chinese city in china and not taking tour of US cities in USA. Every time the bus stopped at Chinese food restaurants. You have to look for non Chinese restaurants on your own. Carry cash as these people accept only cash for optional admission fees, service fees etc.
