Day 1 London-Lake District National Park-London(869 km)

Guests should meet at Euston Station in London at 8:00am to exchange their tour vouchers for a packet containing all of their travel materials. We will then board a train to Oxenholme in the Lake District, arriving just after 11:00am. Today, we will delve into the world of Beatrix Potter. During the course of the day, we will take a lake cruise on Coniston Water and enjoy cream tea at Lindeth Howe, Potter's home. We will also visit Yew Tree Farm, Hawkshead Village, and Hill Top Farm. At the end of the day, guests should return to the train station about 45 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information.
