The tour was great value for the money. The guide picked me up on time and took us to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and Hollywood as promised. They could not give me upgrade to hotel in Los Angeles but cheerfully refunded the upgrade amount. They provided special meals to me on request (paid by me).
