Day 1 Jerusalem - Caesarea - Haifa - Rosh Hanikra - Acre(347 km)

Today we will travel north towards Caesarea, where we enjoy a walking tour through the impreremains, such as the theatre, hippodrome, and other archaeological ruins. After that, we head north for a Haifa tour and a scenic view of the modern port city of Haifa, from atop Mount Carmel and the city's Bahai Gardens. Continuing northwards after our Haifa tour, we drive to Rosh Hanikra. In Rosh Hanikra we take a cable car to visit the special limestone grottos, shaped by the waves of the Mediterranean Sea. Then heading back south from Rosh Hanikra, we'll visit Acre, bustling with history and feeling. We visit Acre's Crusader underground city and crypt, and walk through the Old City market, bustling with smells, flavors and atmosphere. Overnight in a comfortable accommodation in the north.

This town on the Israeli coast was notable in ancient times as being the Roman regional capital and port. Now, it contains one of the best archaeological sites in the area, where you can learn a great deal of history.

Haifa is the largest city in northern Israel, and the third largest city in the country. The city is a major seaport located on Israel's Mediterranean coastline in the Bay of Haifa covering 63.7 square kilometers.

    Also known as the Hanging Gardens of Haifa, these terraced gardens provide fantastic views of this coastal Israeli city. The terraces lead up to the Shrine of Bab that sits on Mount Carmel.

This Israeli kibbutz is located near the northern border with Lebanon. It is a coastal village, most famous for the grottoes, accessible by cable car.

It played a very important role during the Middle Ages, when it was the base of operations for the European crusading forces stationed in the area. Nowadays, visitors can see the very well preserved remains of the medieval city.

Day 2 Acre - Nazareth - Kfer Kanna - Sea of Galillee(226 km)

Today, we will leave the Mediterranean coast and head inland, traveling through the Plain of Armageddon until we reach the city of Nazareth, where we will visit the Church of the Annunciation. Our next stop will be the Church of Saint Joseph. Beneath this church is a cave used by early Roman dwellers for food and water storage. From there, we will proceed to Kfer Kanna for a view of the Mount of the Beatitudes. After that, we will visit the Church of the Loaves and Fish. Our next stop will be the ruins of Capernaum. Then, on our way back to Jerusalem, we will stop at the Yardenit for an optional baptismal service. To wrap up the tour, we will take in a scenic view of Mount Tabor. Nazareth is a city in the Northern District of Israel. At the end of 2007 it had a population of 40,800. Nazareth Illit was founded in 1957. It was planned as a Jewish town overlooking the Arab city of Nazareth and the Jezreel Valley.
