Day 1 Houston City Tour

Today, we will spend the day exploring Houston, the fourth largest city in the U.S. We will begin by visiting the campus of Rice University before continuing to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Hermann Park, the Toyota Center and City Hall. After lunch, we will visit Space Center Houston, the visitor center at NASA's astronaut training and flight control complex. In the evening, we will have the option of watching the Houston Rockets play a basketball game.

Day 2 Houston - Galveston(46 miles)

Today, we will go to Galveston to visit the Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig and Museum, the Bishop's Palace, and Elissa in the Texas Seaport Museum. We can also choose to take an optional dolphin or duck tour to enjoy views of the bay. After that, we will enjoy lunch at the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier.

This coastal city in Texas was once one of the country's most important ports before it suffered devastation in the wake of the 1900 Galveston Hurricane.
