Day 1 Hilo

Today we will gather in Hilo. Guests can meet the tour guide at the Hilo airport for transfer to the hotel. The check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Those who arrive in the morning can have free time on their own or join the optional tours: a. Fly along a zipline; b. see the Halemaumau Crater at night; c. visit the Mauna Kea Observatories!

Day 2 Hilo - Volcanoes National Park - Wailuku River State Park(39 miles)

In the morning we will tour Volcanoes National Park. After, we will visit the Akatsuka Orchid Garden and a Macadamia Nut Farm. In the afternoon we will spend time at Richardson Beach Park, the King Kamehameha Statue, and Wailuku River State Park. We will also see the Rainbow Falls.

Day 3 Akaka Falls State Park - Waipio Valley - Puukohola Heiau National Historic Site - Hapuna Beach(39 miles)

In the morning leave for the Akaka Falls and view the 150 meters long waterfalls & experience Hawaiian lash tropical forest. Visit Waipio valley, where the first King of Hawaii Kamehameha grew up. After lunch, we are going to the Temple Hawaii Kingdom facing ocean built with bare hands. And there is the chance to see whales (Dec. to Apr.). Last stop Hapuna Beach (White Beach), the world?s ten most beautiful beaches for ten consecutive years. It is also the largest natural white sand beach in the Hawaiian Islands. Drive-thru Mauna Loa volcano, the world largest volcano on earth.

In the morning we will fly to Maui, HI and spend the day touring the island. At the end of the day we will be transferred to Honolulu.

Day 5 Polynesian Culture Center(25 miles)

Guests may spend the morning at their leisure. In the afternoon, we will go to the Polynesian Cultural Center for a buffet meal and a 90-minute Polynesian Cultural show featuring over 150 performers.

Oahu is the most popular of the Hawaiian Islands. It is the location of Honolulu, Hawaii's capital, as well as much-loved tourist spots like Pearl Harbor and Waikiki. The Polynesian Cultural Center is on this island as well.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
