Day 1 Cancun

Guests will arrive at the airport in Cancun and be met by a local tour representative who will help them transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 Cancun - Chichen Itza - Merida(319 km)

Today, we will travel from Cancun to Chichen Itza by bus, where we will be able to explore these famous Mayan ruins. In the evening, we will transfer to Merida for the night.

The most famous Mayan archaeological site, was a major focal point in the Northern Maya Lowlands from the Late Classic through the Terminal Classic and into the early portion of the Postclassic period.

Day 3 Merida - Uxmal - Kaba - Merida(149 km)

Today, we will travel to the archaeological site of Uxmal where we will spend the first part of the day exploring the palace ruins. Later, we will go to Kava to see even more remnants of the Mayan people. In the evening, we will return to Merida to explore the city at night, try the local cuisine, and do some sightseeing.

Located in the North of Yucatan, the city is a commercial and political powerhouse.The ruins of the ancient city of Uxmal are well preserved and are considered one of the architectural masterpieces of the mayan civilization.Many of the buildings are made of well-cut stones, not putty, and the overall style is elegant and beautiful.

Merida is the capital of Mexico's Yucatan state.It is located in the northwest of the state, about 35 kilometers (22 miles) from the gulf of Mexico.In 2003, the city had a population of 793,000, ranking 11th in all the Mexico.

Day 4 Merida - Palenque(535 km)

Today, we will transfer from Merida to Palenque. On the way, we will stop at the lovely Campeche Beach.

Day 5 Palenque - San Cristobal(832 km)

Today, we will visit the Palenque Archaeological Site to explore these ruins. Later on, we will transfer to Misol Ha Park to see the impressive waterfall. Then, we will go to Agua Azul where we can go for a swim, before continuing to San Cristobal for the evening.

Day 6 San Cristobal de las Casas

Today, we will take a half day tour to the villages of Zinacantan and San Juan Chamula.

Day 7 San Cristobal de Las Casas - Sumidero Canyon

Today, we will transfer by boat to Sumidero Caynon where we might be able to see crocodiles. Later, after we have docked, we will visit the village of Chiapas de Corzo for an hour of free time. In the evening, we will return to San Cristobal.

Day 8 San Cristobal de las Casas - Panajachel

Today, we will travel from San Cristobal to Panajachel. This will take about 10 hours.

Day 9 Panajachel

Today, we will get to visit some of the local villages by boat, including San Juan and Santiago, to experience local life. Later in the day, we will return to Panajachel.

Day 10 Panajachel - Chichicastenango Market

Today, we will transfer to Chichicastenango Market to do some shopping. Alternatively, we can visit the Santo Tomas Colonial Church to learn about the religious life of the Mayan people.

Day 11 Antigua

Today, we will travel to Guatemala to explore Antigua at our own pace, able to visit ruins, palaces, churches, and museums.

Day 12 Antigua Guatemala

We will meet a local guide at the hotel's reception area who will help us transfer to the base of the volcano Pacaya, where we will hike and explore for two hours.

Day 13 Antigua Guatemala - Lanquin

Our day will begin at 8:00am, when a local tour representative will meet us at the hotel and help us transfer. Today is a travel day, and we will be on the road for about 7 hours as we travel to Lanquin.

Day 14 Lanquin

Today, we will tour the local villages of Kamba and Semuc Champey before returning to the hotel in Lanquin for the evening.

Day 15 Lanquin - Flores

Today, we will travel from Lanquin to Flores.

Day 16 Flores - Tikal

Early in the morning, we will transfer to Tikal National Park, where we will spend 4 hours exploring Mayan ruins before returning to Flores for the night.

Day 17 Flores - Belize City - Caye Caulker

At 7:30am, we will transfer from Flores to Belize City. Once there, we will board a boat for Caye Caulker.

Day 18 Caye Caulker

We will spend the entire day in Caye Caulker at our own leisure. We can take part in many entertaining activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and diving.

Day 19 Caye Caulker - Chetumal - Tulum

Today, we will board a boat in Caye Caulker that will take us to Chetumal. Once there, we will transfer by bus to Tulum.

Day 20 Tulum - Coba Ruins - Tulum

Today, we will journey to Coba to explore the ruins of the temples that are here on a thrilling hike. We will return to Tulum for the evening.

Day 21 Tulum - Playa Del Carmen

Today, we will drive to Playa del Carmen in the morning. Then, we will have the remainder of the day to spend at our own leisure.

Day 22 Playa Del Carmen - Cancun

Today, guests will be transferred to the airport in Cancun for their departure flights. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to book flights.
