Today we will meet in Calgary. Airport pickup service is available, please see "Departure and Return" for details.

We will leave hotel and drive to Lake Louise. Then we will continue to Moraine Lake, see Ten Peaks Valley, Spiral Tunnel. We will also visit Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge. **Moraine Lake open from (Late May or early June to early Oct). If closed, it will be replaced by the Vermillion Lake

    Valley of the Ten Peaks

    A region located in Banff National Park, this area is so named because the ten summits of the mountain range in the distance are clearly visible. It is an open valley area that also includes Moraine Lake.

Today we will pass Icefield Parkway, visit attractions Bow Lake, Columbia Icefield, Glacier Skywalk, Ice Explorer and Athabasca Falls. Stay overnight in Jasper. We can also choose to take the add-on photography tour at your own expenses.

    The Columbia Icefield in the northern part of Banff National Park covers an area of about 200 square miles in the Canadian Rockies. The Icefield feeds eight major glaciers in the area, including Athabasca Glacier and Dome Glacier.

Day 5: Jasper National Park - Jasper (8 km)

Today we will visit Maligne Lake and Maligne Canyon. Guests can choose to take Maligne Lake Cruise.Then we will pass by Medicine Lake. In the afternoon we can spend our free time at Jasper. We can choose to visit the Jasper Skytram. Overnight in Jasper.

Day 6: Jasper - Vancouver (532 km)

In the morning we need to go to the Jasper Railway station by ownself. Then we will take the VIA train to Vancouver. Along the way we will see the Mountain Robson. At night we will across the Fraser Valley to the low land plain. Overnight on the VIA train.

Day 7: Vancouver

At around 8:00am we will arrive in Vancouver. Please refer to the "Depature & Return" for more detailed information.
Please note the itinerary sequence listed above will be changed based on the actual arrival date. Some attractions will be replaced with others when they are closed for the seasonal reasons.
  • Airport Pickup: Calgary airport free pickup from 10:00am - 10:00pm every 2 hours (10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00/22:00).

    Please advise your pickup time in advance and meet the guide in yellow coat at Exit #7 Information Centre.

    Guests can also choose to take Shuttle Bus to hotel. Paid airport pickup: 1-4 passengers, C$60 each car; 5-10 passengers, C$150 each car (exclude tax, tips of C$5/person).
    If you do not need the pick-up service, please inform us one week before departure. Or you need to go to the hotel by yourselves (we will provide a VOUCHER).
  • Return: Tour will end at Vancouver Rail station (1150 Station St, Vancouver BC) around 8:00am last day. Since the return time is estimated, we suggest you not book the return flight departing on same day. Or you can contact Rocky Mountaineer Rail at 1-877-460-3200 for the actual arrival time.

Additional Note

  • Hotel rooms: The standard Twin room in North American hotels is equipped with one double bed, two double beds or one double bed or one sofa bed. Triple/Quadruple room does not include a third/fourth bed the room types are based on the double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person.
    Check-in time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
  • Other Hotel Notes: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls and ects. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost
  • Railway ticket: Since this tour includes the railway ticket, please make sure to provide us your fully legal name when your booking. Or guests would take responsibility for the loss.
  • Baggage Restrictions: one check in and one carry on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person. Extra per baggage will be charged C$25+5%
  • Other Notes: Airport pickup day will not be guaranteed for the VIP Seat (i.e., first 3 rows or less than 14 people small group)

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.

  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
