Day 1: Calgary - Kananaskis (85 km)

Guests are asked to please meet at the Domestic Claim belt #8 at the Calgary Airport at 2:15pm to meet up with the rest of the group. We will transfer to our local hotel and have the rest of the day to relax until 6:15pm, when the group will meet in the hotel lobby to review the tour itinerary. It is highly recommended that we take a thrilling helicopter tour for an amazing view of the area.

Summer Plus: Guaranteed accommodation in Town of Banff instead of Kananaskis ( July and August Sunday departures only) After transferred to Banff, gather at the hotel lobby at 4:30pm to meet our tour coordinator for an overview your itinerary.

Day 2: Kananaskis - Banff National Park - Banff (110 km)

We will pass by Castle Mountain, continue our journey to Moraine Lake (subject to road condition), see the Ten Peaks' view and stroll along the Lake Louise. We will have meal at the Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan). Later, we will arrive at Banff and explore this alpine town. Then, we will be able to partake in optional activities like rafting, horseback riding and more.

Day 3: Jasper National Park - Jasper - Valemount (88 km)

In the morning, we will drive along the Icefields Parkway, pass by the Bow Lake and proceed to the Jasper National Park. We will arrive at the Columbia Icefield, ride on the "Ice Explorer" (adm) onto the Athabasca Glacier followed by a walk on the Glacier Skywalk (adm). After visiting the Athabasca Falls, we will head to the Jasper town. Then we will proceed to Mt. Robson and arrive at Valemount by evening.

Day 4: Valemount - Clearwater - Kamloops - Vancouver (606 km)

We will travel along Thompson River and pass the district of Clearwater and Wells Gray Provincial Park. We will head to Kamloops and visit the Ginseng factory. After we will return to Vancouver.

Day 5: Vancouver - Victoria - Vancouver (228 km)

In the morning we will take the ferry to Victoria, BC. Our day will be spent touring this city. Stops on our tour include the Butchart Gardens, Beacon Hill Park, and BC Parliament Buildings. At the end of the day we will take the ferry back to Vancouver. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

  • Airport Pickup: Your tour escort will be wearing a red uniform and holding a sign with your name. He will wait at domestic CLAIM BELT #8 at Calgary Airport at 2:15pm.
  • Vancouver out: Tour will end at Vancouver Airport. Suggested departure flight time after 9:30pm. Free YVR airport transfer time (scheduled operation): 8:00am-9:30pm (Type A & B Hotel) or 8:00am-8:00pm (Type C & D Hotel)
  • Note:
    • Flight information need to provided at least 3 days in advance if not unable to arrange pick up and they will consider self check in to hotel.

  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Additional Note

  • Vancouver Night tour is complimentary to max. 2 guests per room. The 3rd/ 4th guest is at CAD35 per person. Subject to availability; while suppliers last (Duration about 2 hours; May 1 to Sep 16)
  • Service charge of $40 per room per night will be added if you opt to stay at a specific hotel.
  • Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person. Any additional luggage may be charge of $35 per piece.
  • All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee).

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    23-30 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
    15-22 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
    No refund within 14-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Rockies hotel upgrade is non-refundable once booking confirmed.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
