Day 1 Cairo

Welcome to Egypt! As guests arrive at the airport in Cairo, they should keep an eye open for the tour guide, who will be holding a sign and help them transfer to the hotel. Around 6:00pm, we will gather in the hotel lobby for a brief introductory meeting.

Day 2 Cairo City Tour - Luxor (670 km)

After breakfast, we will visit Giza Plateau to visit the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycrenos. In the afternoon, we will go sightseeing in Sakkara, the first capital of ancient Egypt, famous for the Step Pyramid built by King Djoser in 27000 BCE. Later in the afternoon, we will board a bus to Luxor, where we will spend the night.

Day 3 Luxor - Aswan (179 km)

After breakfast, we will depart for the vast Karnak Temple Complex. It's one of the most important religious centres of ancient Egypt with its marvellous temples. Your Egyptologist guide will enlighten you with the most intriguing stories and mythologies fuelling such creations for millennia. In the afternoon we will drive to Aswan for the evening.

Day 4 Aswan - Nile Cruise

After breakfast, we will explore Aswan, take a short motorboat ride to reach the Philae Temple. Early in the morning, we will also be able to take an optional trip to Abu Simbel. Later in the afternoon, we will board a 5-star Nile cruise.

Day 5 Nile Cruise

Today we sail all day long on the Nile, watching the beautiful scenery pass us by and wave to the locals swimming and fishing. Whilst absorbing the stunning temples along the coast, sit back and enjoy the relaxing breeze. Have a dip in the pool on-board and bathe under the sun.

Day 6 Nile Cruise - Kom Ombo Temple - Edfu - Luxor (181 km)

Today we disembark Nile Cruiser. We will visit Kom Ombo Temple, Edfu Temple and Luxor Temple. We will spend the night in Luxor.

Day 7 Luxor - Cairo (658 km)

We will visit the West Bank of the Nile with the incredible Valley of the Kings. Here lied the famous mummy of Tutankhamun III. Next we will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. We will drive to Cairo for overnight stay.

Day 8 Cairo City Tour

Our journey through Cairo will begin with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, one of the most important museums documenting the ancient world, housing a collection of over 100.000 Egyptian relics. Afterwards, we will also visit the Citadel of Saladin, the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the Hanging Church and the famous Kahn El Khalili Bazaar.

Day 9 Cairo

Our tour will end today as we say goodbye to the new friends we have made over breakfast. Then, we will check out of our hotel in Cairo at 11:00am before guests are transferred to the airport.
