In the morning, guests will be picked up from their hotels in Brno to begin this tour. We will begin our day by driving into the Moravian Karst region, which is full of some of the most interesting geological features in the world. Over the course of the next 6 hours, we will explore the Punkva Cave system by taking a boat ride down the Punkva River. After the boat trip, we will climb via cable car to the Upper Bridge, where we will be able to gaze deep into the Macocha Abyss. Then we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. On the way back to Brno, we will stop in the market town of Krtiny to see the Pilgrimage Church. When we get back to Brno, the tour will come to an end. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
