Day 2 New York

Today, we will tour New York. We will get on top of the One World Trade Center to overlook the city. Then we will take the Statue of Liberty Cruise to enjoy the skyline of Manhattan, to get close to the Statue of Liberty, and to snap a photo with the Brooklyn Bridge. Next we will visit Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park. We will also visit Wall Street, Trinity Church, Charging Bull, and Times Square. We will drive pass the Fifth Avenue, where sits the Rockefeller Center and much more.

Today, we will visit Philadelphia to spend time at Independence Park, where we will see Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, and take the Double Decker City Bus touring Philadelphia. Then, we will continue on to Washington, DC to take a In-Depth tour and visits the White House(outside), the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam War Memorial. In the morning, we will drive to the Niagara Falls and take a in-depth tour which including Whirlpool State Park, Old Fort Niagara. Then watch an IMAX Movie and then take the Maid of the Mist boat cruise (Take Jet Boat during winter time when Maid of the Mist is closed). We will also stop at Copley Square to see the Trinity Church and the John Hancock Building. After that, we will walk along the Freedom Trail, which takes us past Boston Common, the gold-domed Massachusetts State House and many other attractions. In the evening, we will enjoy a delicious lobster dinner.

Booking changes

We were very happy with the trip. John, the tour guide was awesome. You don’t really have to worry about a thing, as he took the bus directly to the attractions and clearly communicated times to be at the bus for departures to the next stop. The bus was comfortable which is very important for bus tours.This was our 6th time booking with TakeTours. We like it so far because it has many great deals on tours in different places.

The bus ride was a little long... overall it is a good tour. I mean, i know what i signed up for. It is a bus tour and I expected the long ride. I liked the cities that we visited in 6 days. My kids loved Washington DC. My wife and I liked Niagara Falls the most. I recommend to upgrade to Niagara Falls hotel.
