Canyoning in Baños - Rio Blanco

Day 1 Banos

In the morning, we will meet at the specified location in Baños to pick up our equipment. We will put on our wetsuits and board a vehicle to Rio Blanco. Once there, our guides will give us a safety briefing, and we will be able to practice our jumps. Then, the adventure begins! We will navigate our way down the steep canyons by abseiling and jumping off waterfalls and cliffs. We will cascade down natural chutes and swim through crystal-clear pools. The guide will be with us at all times, helping us as we go. We can admire the beautiful surroundings and lush vegetation. This tour involves spending 80% of the time in the water. Once we reach the end of the canyon and dry off, we will return to Baños.

• A minimum number of 3 passengers is required to participate the tour.
• All participants must be aged 10 and older
• Subject to favorable weather conditions. This tour cannot operate if there is heavy rainfall and the river is too high. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date
• Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant women, or those with other serious medical conditions
• Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent, bottled water, and sandals/comfortable shoes highly recommended

Confirmation

• All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

• Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.
