Day 1 San Francisco-Yosemite National Park-Sequoia National Park-San Francisco(522 miles)

This Yosemite 1-Day Tour maximizes the time you spend in Yosemite National Park by starting early and traveling efficiently in a 15 Passenger Van or mini-bus.  This is the only Yosemite Tour that enables you to cover both the Yosemite Valley & the Giant Sequoias in one day.  We will also spend more than 5 hours inside Yosemite National Park, more than any other single Yosemite day tour from in San Francisco.

When going through Yosemite Valley, we'll stop to see El Capitan, Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, Bridalveil Falls, Inspiration Point (otherwise known as Tunnel View), and Yosemite Village. After a 1 hour lunch break at the Yosemite Lodge, we'll drive to a higher altitude and to a lesser traveled part of the national park.

Here, we'll stop beneath the Giant Sequoia Tree Grove and see the world's largest living organisms.  After a 2 mile (1 mile each way) hike to see the Giant Sequoia Trees, and a full day in the fresh Yosemite air, we'll finally head back to San Francisco, where our bus will drop travelers off at directly at their hotel.

Winter Months Note: The Giant Sequoias hike depends on snow levels and trail conditions from October to April, so the route and itinerary may be changed due to snow depth, road conditions, construction projects and detours and it cannot be guaranteed.

We went on the "1-Day Yosemite and Giant Sequoias Tour from San Francisco" and were extremely pleased. Our tour guide (I believe her name was Denise) was fantastic and shared so much knowledge about Yosemite, the history of California, and about other recommendations in the area. She made the trip well worthwhile. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide. The trip itself also was better than expected. For a one-day tour, I figured we wouldn't get to see that much, but we got to see pretty much everything that could possibly have been seen for a one day tour (of course you could see more in multiple days, but probably not in one day). We got to see so much because of our great tour guide and her efforts to make it a great day for us. I would highly recommend this tour if you only have one day and want to get to see Yosemite!

It was a great one-day tour to Yosemite park! Gino our guide driver- simply the best: great sense of humor, many interesting points we stopped by. I liked that it was not like some other tours i had before: when it says 15-20 people but in reality there were 60. Here if there are many people on this tour - it is simply 2-3-4 buses but not one huge bus. Trustworthy company- highly recommended.

    I recommend this tour!

Our tour guide was Denise. She was very friendly, sharing cultures, histories with us about California and the route we were travelling, understanding our needs. We did not feel bored not even a single minute in our 6 -7 hours journey. Unfortunately, we did not go to Giant Sequoias since there were construction going on.

    I recommend this tour!
