Day 1 San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco. Guests should make their way to the hotel and check in by themselves.

Day 2 San Francisco - Napa Valley - San Francisco(117 miles)

We will spend our day today touring California's world-renown Wine Country. Our first winery stop will be in Sonoma, CA, the birthplace of the famous California wine industry. From there, we will head to either Sonoma Plaza or Healdsburg Plaza and finally to the renown Napa Valley. All wine tastings are complimentary!

Day 3 San Francisco - Monterey - Carmel(122 miles)

We will begin by taking the 17-Mile Drive to Monterey, CA, home of the famous Monterey Bay and landmarks such as Cannery Row. Guests will also have the chance to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We will head to Carmel, CA for the night.

Monterey was the capital of Alta California under both Spain and Mexico. It was the only port of entry for taxable goods in California. In 1846 the U.S. flag was raised over the Customs House, and California became part of the United States after the ensuing Mexican-American War.

Our morning will be spent en route from Monterey to Paso Robles, CA. Upon our arrival in the mid-afternoon, we will take a short wine tour of the area.

Day 5 Paso Robles - San Simeon - Los Angeles(269 miles)

In the morning we will drive to San Simeon, CA to visit the impressive Hearst Castle. After some free time and a complimentary picnic lunch, we will head to San Luis Obispo to catch a train to Los Angeles, CA. We will arrive at night and be transferred to our hotel.

Day 6 Los Angeles

Passengers will be picked up at their hotels in the morning. Today we will embark on a magnificent 5-and-a-half-hour tour of Los Angeles, CA. This guided tour of the city is fully narrated and goes by nearly every important landmark. In addition to seeing sights like the Dolby Theater, Chinese Theater, Paramount Studios, and Walk of Fame, we will stop at several destinations for photo opportunities. We will also make a one-hour lunch stop at the Original Los Angeles Farmers' Market.

The second part of our tour takes passengers on an exploration of Beverly Hills, CA, the highlight of which is a look at the homes of the rich and famous. Stars whose homes the tour will pass include Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, Simon Cowell, Katy Perry, Tom Cruise, Madonna, Al Pacino, Ellen DeGeneres, Bruce Willis, and many more!

One of the largest cities in the United States, LA is known worldwide as the home of the rich and famous. From its famous Hollywood neighborhood to landmarks like the Dolby Theater, this magnificent city is sure to provide fun and amusement for all!

Hotels listed for each tour may change due to special events, conventions or other reasons beyond our control.

Meals when included are with a choice of menu. Dinner includes soup or salad, main course, dessert and coffee, milk or tea. Wine, bar beverages, appetizers or fancy desserts are at extra cost to you. Vegetarian, Kosher or other diets can not be guaranteed but you can order appropriate items.

Baggage checked with us is brought to and from the hotel rooms in Monterey and Solvang on the Cypress tour. In case of loss, our maximum liability is $500.00 or repairs up to $50.00 for damage other than normal wear and tear. Baggage handling is not included for Yosemite tours.

Cancellations and refunds
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours through web mail at Contact Us. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply within 2 business days, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately at 617.354.2101.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows; there is 6% handling fee of refund amount.(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements (e.g. minimum number of passengers) or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
